Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager for the NHS contract at the Normanton site. You will lead frontline teams, drive performance, and ensure safety, quality and service standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This full-time role follows a two-week rotating shift pattern and offers a competitive salary with shift allowances and a comprehensive benefits package. You will play a key role in supporting NHS operations and delivering essential products daily.
