Job Description:

We are seeking a Cargo Warehouse Systems Administrator to support the efficient, safe, and compliant movement of cargo through our warehouse facilities. This is a key role ensuring that cargo-related data and system processes meet operational, regulatory, and security standards.

As the bridge between warehouse operations and system workflows, you'll maintain data integrity across our cargo management systems, support customs compliance, and ensure seamless integration between import/export processes and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cargo system entries for imports, exports, and transhipments
  • Input and validate Air Waybill (AWB) data, including special handling codes
  • Ensure Customs data is accurately processed and systems are updated in real-time
  • Liaise with Cargo Ops, Security, Load Control, and external partners
  • Monitor and report discrepancies, delays, or system errors to ensure timely cargo release
  • Support flight manifesting, truck coordination, and cargo system documentation
  • Coordinate with third-party handlers and bonded warehouses on data exchange
  • Maintain compliance with HMRC, CAA, and BOH protocols within digital systems
  • Provide user/system support and escalate technical issues to IT or vendors as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven admin or data entry experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with cargo or logistics systems
  • High attention to detail and understanding of compliance-sensitive processes
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and meet daily operational deadlines
  • Experience with airfreight software platforms (e.g., CHAMP, Cargospot, Hermes, etc.)
  • Understanding of UK import customs clearance and bonded warehouse procedures
  • Previous exposure to air cargo or freight forwarding environments

If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision, and wants to be part of a high-performing team at the heart of the cargo supply chain — we’d love to hear from you.

Whether you're coming from a logistics, freight, or administrative background, this could be the perfect opportunity to build your career.
