Hours Tues - Sat 9:30 - 18:00 but must be flexible and work occasional evenings

Pay Rate Between £15.00 and £17.50

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a Chilled Warehouse centre environment.
• Strong skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Sound knowledge of people management.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all agency warehouse activities on the Day/Night shift.
• Cross fertilisation of working with Pertemps and client support.
• Ensure all relevant H&S PPE is being worn correctly.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all agency warehouse employees.
• Coordinate and support other departments to fulfil orders, resolve issues, and maintain seamless communication and workflow.
• Ensure fulfilment is achieved on a shift-by-shift basis. Ensuring a working rota is completed and followed in conjunction with Client/Pertemps requirements.
• Organise Monthly surgeries.
