The Billington Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a busy warehouse operation at our Scunthorpe site. You will supervise and develop the team, ensure the daily production plan is met, and drive efficiency, safety and quality standards in a fast-paced food production environment.
Responsibilities include start-up/shut-down procedures, coordinating with departments, and maintaining OTIF targets while promoting a right-first-time culture.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing your team while remaining a hands-on and active member of the operation. You will ensure the daily production plan is achieved through the effective utilisation of labour, materials and machinery, while driving efficiencies, reducing waste and promoting a right-first-time culture. You will foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing working environment, consistently reinforcing the organisation's values, health and safety standards, and customer service objectives. A key focus of the role will be ensuring operational excellence and supporting the delivery of customer requirements through strong performance against OTIF (On Time In Full) targets.
