Job summary

Goldstar Transport is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team at our Maddington Distribution Centre. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure timely movements of loads, and maintain safe yard operations within a busy transport environment.

The role requires proven leadership, excellent communication, a valid driver's licence, and LF licence (2.5 tonnes or higher is highly regarded). Invoicing experience is also valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or yard team in a busy transport environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's licence and transport-related qualifications.
• LF Licence – 2.5 tonne or higher is highly regarded.
• Invoicing experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee yard activities and timely movement of loads.
• Assist with trailer loading/unloading and load restraints.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy and safe handling of loads.

About the Role

We are seeking suitably experienced Warehouse Supervisor to play animportant role in the warehouse operations at our MaddingtonDistribution Centre. As warehouse supervisor you will beresponsible for managing a small team, assisting with all warehouseactivities, and ensuring effective and timely movements of loadswithin a busy transport yard.

Key Responsibilities

• Effective leadership of a small warehouse team
• Ensuring efficient yard operations
• Trailer loading/unloading, load-restraint and ensuring thecorresponding paperwork is accurate
• Securing loads with load restraints
• Ensuring the immediate work area is safe and free ofhazards

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in a busy transport yard
• Previous experience managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's licence and transport
• LF License – 2.5 tonne or higher is highly regarded
• Invoicing experience is highly regarded
