Qualifications

• Previous experience within a warehouse or supervisory role.
• A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence.
• A valid Pivot Steer Forklift licence.
• Experience leading or supporting a warehouse team.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily warehouse operations and supporting the warehouse team.
• Organising workloads and ensuring priorities are completed on time.
• Operating Counterbalance and Pivot Steer forklifts.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Managing stock movement and maintaining accurate warehouse records.
• Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and organisation are maintained.
• Supporting Health & Safety procedures across the warehouse.
