Job summary

DCS Recruitment is seeking a hands-on PM Operations Supervisor to lead our evening warehouse shift (14:00–22:00) with Counterbalance and/or Bendi FLT experience. The role focuses on keeping operations moving, safety, and meeting daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise the team, allocate runs, and ensure efficient pallet handling while maintaining high Health & Safety standards. Join us to drive performance and lead by example.

We’re looking for a hands‑on PM Operations Supervisor with Counterbalance and/or Bendi FLT experience to take charge of our evening operations. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and takes pride in running a safe and efficient warehouse.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee all PM warehouse operations.
• Allocate runs when required (full systems training provided).
• Safely load, unload, and move palletised goods using FLT equipment.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are always maintained.
• Report operational issues and keep management informed.
• Support and motivate the team to achieve daily targets.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
