Job summary

TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions) is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for its UK warehouse operations in the West London / Surrey area. The role involves supervising a small team, managing goods-in, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch to meet customer requirements.

The successful candidate will have warehouse supervisory experience, strong stock control knowledge, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of stock control, goods‑in and dispatch.
• Experience using warehouse or ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Practical, hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Location: West London / Surrey

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 DOE + Benefits

An established international manufacturer is looking to recruit a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee its UK warehouse operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader looking to take greater responsibility within a successful international business.

The Role

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and a small team
• Oversee goods‑in, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and courier arrangements
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping

The Person
