Job description

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our existing team at our Runcorn Distribution Centre.

You will work in a busy warehouse supporting your team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) that ensure we exceed our customers’ expectations. Your role will involve ensuring all operations are carried out with high attention to detail to guarantee customer orders are fulfilled safely, securely, and promptly.

You will ensure compliance with ISO, GDP, Health and Safety, and MHRA regulations, alongside managing your local budget.

Warehouse supervisory experience is essential for success in this role.

This position requires standing and walking for most of your shift, with physical tasks such as lifting (up to 15kg), bending, twisting, kneeling, and crouching.

The Package

£31,000 per annum

Hourly rate: £X, with a supplement for hours worked between 4pm and 10pm (£Y per hour) and a 25% supplement for hours between 10pm and 6am.

Working Pattern

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1600-0000, and alternate Sundays, 0700-1200 finish

• At least 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English
• Proven warehouse experience
• Understanding of laws and regulations related to Health & Safety

• IOSH Qualification

• Knowledge of perpetual inventory systems
• Understanding of GDP regulation
