• Connaissance solide de la gestion des stocks et de l'optimisation de l'espace.
• Capacité à gérer les situations sous pression tout en maintenant un travail organisé.

About the Role

You'll be supporting our Warehouse Manager and oversee day-to-day operations of the Warehouse. This role is integral to ensuring stock is received, handled, stored, and dispatched accurately, efficiently, and safely. You'll take the lead in supervising warehouse staff, driving performance, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You will be expected to act as a subject matter expert in warehouse systems and best practice, leading by example and maintaining high operational standards.

What You'll Do:

• Team Leadership: Supervise operatives, allocate tasks, and support recruitment, onboarding, and reviews.
• Goods In & Dispatch: Oversee receipt, checking, packing, labelling, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, manage returns, and conduct regular audits.
• Training & Performance: Coach team members, ensure procedural compliance, and promote continuous improvement.
• Warehouse Layout & Safety: Optimise space, enforce H&S standards, and keep the environment clean and compliant.
• Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Coordinate with other departments and act as first point of contact for warehouse issues.
• Reporting & Improvements: Monitor KPIs, support system/process upgrades, and ensure accurate documentation.

What You'll Bring:

• Supervisory Experience: Background in leading teams within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Operational Knowledge: Strong grasp of inventory management, space optimisation, and stock control.
• Leadership & Communication: Skilled at motivating teams and maintaining clear, confident communication.
• Calm & Organised: Manages pressure well and handles multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Hands-On & Practical: Proactive problem-solver with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
• Systems & Compliance: Proficient in WMS and committed to Health & Safety standards.

Additional Info:

• Hours 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
• Start Date ASAP
