Warehouse Supervisor in NDI Tamworth

Our Warehouse Supervisors are responsible for ensuring the correct quantities of products are delivered to the right locations within specified timeframes. This role requires effective organization and management of a team of drivers and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personnel Management: Monitor team progress and serve as the first point of contact for resolving issues, requiring strong communication skills.
2. Health & Safety: Organize and oversee all health and safety checks, routine vehicle inspections, and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
3. Communication & People Skills: Cultivate strong relationships across various levels within the business.
4. Workplace Environment: Promote good housekeeping practices to maintain a safe and professional environment.
5. Policy Compliance: Ensure active adherence to company policies within the branch.
6. Asset Protection: Safeguard company goods and property from theft or damage.
