Deputy Warehouse Manager

Location: Horsham

Hours: Full-time | Permanent

You will need to have their own RTW, own car (as no public transport) and be in a commutable distance

We're on the lookout for a Deputy Warehouse Manager to be the right-hand to the Warehouse Manager. You’ll be keeping the wheels turning – supervising the team, managing day-to-day operations, and making sure everything runs smoothly, safely and on time. And when the Warehouse Manager is away? You’ll confidently take the reins.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running the show – from goods in and picking to packing and dispatch
• Supporting and developing a team who take pride in their work
• Keeping stock accurate, tidy, and moving efficiently
• Solving problems, spotting improvements, and making things better
• Owning health & safety and making sure standards are met across the board
