We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our morning or afternoon shifts, 5 days a week, including weekends on rotation. Your role will be to drive high performance, lead a team of operatives, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of customer orders.

What you will do:

1. Warehouse Operations & Stock Management: Lead cycle counts, stock takes, reconciliations, oversee product returns, reworks, and refunds, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
2. Staff Management & Training: Allocate work, monitor performance, manage staff schedules, conduct performance meetings, and train new or seasonal staff.
3. Site & Safety Management: Ensure safety procedures are followed, oversee yard activities, and maintain compliance with HSE standards. Act as Fire Marshal and First Aider.
4. Administration & Reporting: Handle warehouse documentation, performance reports, investigations, staffing records, and present data as needed.
5. Continuous Improvement & Leadership: Lead by example, support process improvements, and prepare for peak periods.
6. Order Processing & Prioritization: Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders efficiently, resolving issues promptly.

What you will bring:

• Reliability & Timekeeping: Punctual and prepared for each shift.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office.
• Leadership & Development: At least 2 years leading or training teams, with motivational skills.
• Warehouse/Retail Experience: Minimum 2 years in related environments, with knowledge of stock management and returns.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, attention to detail, organized, and proactive.
• Adaptability & Compliance: Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, with basic HSE knowledge.
