As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the stores and goods out department, working closely with production in a well-established warehouse. As Warehouse Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and support a small team of warehouse staff, delegating tasks based on priorities and skills.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Monitor employee performance, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Track stock levels, manage internal replenishment, and maintain data accuracy in systems.
• Regularly update databases and ensure smooth, efficient workflow throughout the shift.

As Warehouse Team Leader,you’ll have experience:

• Working in a warehouse and/or stores department
• Dealing with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills to liaise across departments
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to support staff where needed.
