Job summary

Logistex is seeking a Stores Operative for day shift from 8:30am to 4:30pm to manage spare parts handling, from stock receipt to dispatch. The role involves working with internal and external customers, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth warehousing and transport operations.

You will receive, inspect, and book incoming goods, pick/pack/dispatch orders, oversee stock security, arrange transport, and support daily warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Forklift licence is essential.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or parts management.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and book incoming goods using Service Geeni and Sicon systems.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Oversee stock security, including working with our third-party warehouse provider.
• Arrange and coordinate transport services for outgoing deliveries.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and day-to-day warehouse operations.
