Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Stock Auditor to join the site-based team at the customer’s distribution centre in Stoke-on-Trent. You will perform daily physical stock checks, verify paperwork, and help ensure stock accuracy from inbound to outbound.

The role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, permanent position with training provided and 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with stock control, checking, audits.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Able to work to targets while maintaining high standards.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic familiarity with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
• Check outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests.
• Verify inbound deliveries and report discrepancies.
• Record audit outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Escalate stock errors or mismatches promptly and professionally.
• Work to daily targets and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues.
• Follow site safety procedures in a mixed environment.
