Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity in Washington is hiring a Warehouse Stock Auditor to perform daily physical stock checks at our client's distribution centre. You will compare pallets, cages, and loads with paperwork, identify discrepancies, and document results clearly to ensure accuracy before dispatch.

The role requires precision, reliable work, and the ability to meet daily targets. You’ll use basic Excel/Word to record audit outcomes and escalate issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations.
• Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
• Must be aged 18+.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
• Check outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests.
• Verify inbound deliveries and report discrepancies.
• Record audit outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Escalate stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally.
• Work to daily targets and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues.
• Follow site safety procedures and work efficiently in a mixed environment.
