Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Stock Auditor to perform daily physical stock checks at our customer's distribution centre. You will verify pallets, cages, and trailer loads against paperwork, record results, and escalate discrepancies to keep stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Required: experience in warehouse stock control or audit
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic calculations
• Ability to work to tight targets while maintaining accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads
• Check outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests
• Verify the accuracy of inbound deliveries and report discrepancies
• Record audit outcomes clearly and accurately
• Escalate stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally
• Work to daily targets and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues
• Follow site safety procedures and work efficiently in a mixed environment
• Demonstrate accuracy, consistency, and reliability
