Job summary

Based in Northampton with hybrid flexibility, you’ll use 2D AutoCAD and 3D visualisation to develop intelligent layouts that unlock efficiencies and deliver superior service for customers. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and engage with customers to gather requirements, map processes and drive sign‑offs for

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse design across diverse projects and sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Modelling, CAD (AutoCAD), process analysis, and commercial practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert support in data analysis, warehouse and supply-chain design, costings, proposals, and presentations.
• Independently manage multiple warehouse design projects of varying size and complexity with minimal supervision.
• Engage with customers through meetings and site visits to gather requirements and map processes/WMS flows.
• Collaborate with Business Development, operational teams, and external specialists to develop end-to-end solutions.
• Support senior management and business development activities including KPIs and contract inputs.
