We are recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable and leading UK logistics and supply chain organisation for an experienced Warehouse Solution Design Manager. This is a key opportunity within a pivotal period of business growth, focused on warehouse design, operational modelling, simulation and network optimisation across a complex logistics operation.
Reporting into the Head of Warehouse Design and Compliance, you will combine strong operational knowledge with analytical and commercial thinking to develop solutions that improve performance, productivity, customer service, efficiency and scalability.
Working as part of a specialist team, you will challenge existing ways of working, analyse current operations and develop innovative solutions across the warehouse network. You will use data, modelling and simulation to test different scenarios, assess operational risks and provide clear recommendations around cost, ROI, service levels, labour requirements, space utilisation and future scalability.
The role will also involve overseeing design documentation, proposals and approval processes, ensuring solutions are well evidenced, commercially viable and capable of being implemented successfully.
