Job summary

Croda is seeking a Site Service & Warehouse Operative to safely manage warehouse and effluent plant duties on-site. You will handle materials, assist production, and maintain accurate stock records in a GMP-compliant environment.

The role requires forklift licensure, basic IT skills, and experience with SAP or similar inventory systems. A strong team player with attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is required; pallet trucks handling allowed where authorised.
• Experience with stock records and basic IT skills expected.
• Knowledge of GMP, health, safety and environmental procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move, store and control materials and finished goods safely.
• Unload deliveries; check delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Inspect goods for damage and discrepancies; store materials in correct locations.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Provide materials to manufacturing and ensure timely supply to production.
• Operate forklifts and pallet trucks where licensed.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and follow PPE requirements.
• Follow GMP and site safety/environmental procedures.
