Job summary

Camira, a renowned textile designer and manufacturer, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a shift and drive customer-focused excellence. You will oversee receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will manage workloads, holiday cover, and staff coaching to build a high performing team. Strong IT skills with WMS/ERP and Excel are essential, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team.
• Strong IT skills with WMS/ERP and Excel.
• Ability to work rotating early/late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Camira Code of Conduct and all quality, safety and compliance requirements.
• Allocate workloads and ensure tasks meet deadlines.
• Manage holiday/absence coverage and workforce planning.
• Act as conduit between warehouse staff and Head of Group planning and warehousing.
• Develop a measurable improvement plan for the warehouse.
• Monitor picking, packing and dispatch for accuracy and efficiency.
• Train and coach staff to build a high performing, flexible team.
• Apply HR policies fairly and handle challenging situations.
