Pay Rate: £35,102 + Shift Premium

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am (flexibility required with needs of the business)

Location: Redhill - RH1 5EH

The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management practices and a solid understanding of warehouse procedures, including storage and dispatch of volume orders and goods.

What does the role entail?

• Assist operational management by initiating, monitoring, and reporting on warehousing activities and staff performance during your shift.
• Manage and implement productivity by communicating job expectations, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring all deadlines are met safely and efficiently.
• Track and trace orders using digital tracking software, maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor recruitment levels and initiate staff training, keeping records up-to-date in line with company policies.
