Our Shift Managers know how to work at pace. It's their ultimate responsibility to manage our Team Managers and Warehouse Colleagues to ensure the right products are picked efficiently and sent to the right stores on time. It's a fast-paced and ever-changing environment — are you up for the challenge?

Other tasks include:

1. Manage all shift activities within your team, including scheduling rotas to meet labour requirements
2. Manage resources to deliver objectives
3. Monitor operational resource spend
4. Oversee operations and provide problem-solving guidance and coaching to your team
5. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within your teams
6. Manage team performance and development

About you

In addition to resilience, you must have:

• Experience as a Shift Manager or equivalent in a fast-paced Warehouse, Distribution, or Logistics environment
• Proven experience in a people management role with a track record of delivering strong results through a team
• The ability to coach and encourage your team, helping them explore opportunities for continuous improvement
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to implement process changes for operational improvement
• Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop large, diverse teams
