Job summary

B&M Retail in Speke, Liverpool is seeking a RTITB qualified instructor to join our distribution centre. This full-time, permanent role involves hands-on training across a range of MHE equipment and delivering assessments in line with guidelines.

You will also support the training team and coordinate with planning to train new colleagues, while maintaining KPI targets within a fast-paced retail logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Current RTITB qualifications.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse/logistics setting is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Confidence to challenge poor practices and behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class training on MHE equipment including LLOP, PPT, Counter Balance and Reach Trucks.
• Organise and deliver assessments on MHE in line with internal and external guidelines.
• Work with the Warehouse team to ensure KPIs are met.
• Support the in-house Training Team with projects.

Are you a RTITB Qualified MHE instructor? Would you like to work for one of the UK’s largest Retailers?

We are currently searching for a RTITB qualified instructor to join B&M in our Distribution Centre in Speke, Liverpool.

The Shift Pattern(s) available are: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00

This is a hands on, physical role, where you will be providing best in class training to our colleagues across the warehouse. You will then be delivering LLOP, PPT, CB and Reach Truck assessments, in line with company and external guidelines. When you are not training, you will be working in the warehouse ensuring KPI’s are met.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. Although you will be mainly working the advertised shift, a degree of flexibility will be required should other shifts need support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing best in class training on a verity of MHE equipment, including LLOP, PPT, Counter Balance and Reach Trucks
• Organising and delivering assessments on MHE in line with external and internal guidelines
• Working with the wider Warehouse team to ensure KPI’s being met.
• Supporting the in-house Training Team with projects
• Liaising with the planning team to ensure training can be provided to new colleagues when required.
