As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our distribution centre, ensuring our operation runs smoothly and efficiently 24/7. You'll champion the Asda culture, be a role model to your team, and ensure timely delivery of products to stores.

You will drive performance, encourage teamwork, provide coaching and development, and hold regular team 'huddles' to keep your team engaged and informed. This role offers opportunities to develop in logistics, with shifts arranged to accommodate your development, though late and weekend work are required.

Experience in a similar distribution environment is essential, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs. You should thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment, and be passionate about quality and customer satisfaction.
