Gist Ltd in Hemel Hempstead is hiring a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead a high-volume operation at the Hemel Maylands depot. You’ll own recruitment, induction and day-to-day payroll tasks while driving KPI performance and safety.
You’ll manage a team, collaborate with agencies, plan resources and continuously improve efficiency, with a focus on people and operational excellence.

We're looking for motivated and results-driven individual to join our expanding team of Warehouse Shift Managers at our Hemel Hempstead (Maylands) depot. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced, high-volume operation where people are at the heart of everything we do. Our success is built on the commitment, expertise and collaboration of our teams, with every colleague contributing to our culture, values and continued growth.
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 40.25hours per week
Working Pattern: Days
Working Hours: 06:00 AM to 18:00 PM
