Job summary

Sysco GB in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead a multi-temperature warehouse, ensuring safety, accuracy and customer service excellence on a 21:00–05:30, Monday–Friday, 40-hour week. The role combines people leadership with data-driven performance improvements and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will drive shift performance, manage change and ensure health and safety obligations are met, delivering for colleagues and customers with a clear, open leadership style.

Qualifications

• Background in leading, motivating and coaching a team.
• Ability to drive and improve performance using data insights and colleague input.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to create an open and supportive culture within a team.

Salary £48,175 (plus additional 10% on hours worked between 18.00 & 22.00 and 20% on hours worked between 22.00 & 06.00)and great benefits package!

A proven leader with a deep understanding of warehouse functions in an FMCG environment or similar, you have everything it takes to succeed with Sysco:
