Join us as a Warehouse Shift Manager at GXO Logistics, Inc.

GXO is seeking strong Shift Managers to join our team at the Blyth B&Q site – S81 8PU.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure and drive efficient operational performance on your shift, maintaining strong communication with senior management.
2. Take full operational responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse through FLMs and Team Leaders, leading, motivating, and developing your team to meet targets.
3. Create and maintain a positive team culture, encouraging involvement from all to improve employee engagement.
4. Identify cost-saving initiatives and implement corrective actions to maximize warehouse efficiency.
5. Ensure all operational processes comply with health and safety policies, accurately identifying risks and escalating findings.

• A salary of £33,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
