Qualifications
- Experience leading or supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Experience working within a WMS-controlled warehouse.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership.
