EVO Group's VOW warehouse in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Leading Hand for MHE Goods In. This hands-on leadership role supports the Warehouse Supervisor, leads a team of operatives, and ensures productivity, safety and service standards are met daily.

You will develop and coach the team, allocate workload and resources, and liaise with other departments to keep operations running smoothly. The role is permanent, full-time, with a competitive salary and opportunities for progression.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll support the Warehouse Supervisor, lead a team of operatives, and ensure productivity, safety, and service standards are achieved every day.
