Job summary

M4 Specialist is actively recruiting for Warehouse Processing Operatives in Swindon. The role involves moving, sorting and processing parcels on the warehouse floor, plus loading and unloading delivery vehicles to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

Hours are 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and ongoing work. Full training is provided, and there is potential for permanent opportunities within a busy logistics operation.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to carry out manual handling duties and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Move and process parcels safely across the warehouse floor.
• Sort packages accurately for onward distribution.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Scan and prepare parcels for dispatch.
• Ensure all goods are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Follow all warehouse procedures and health & safety regulations.
• Work towards daily productivity and operational targets.
