Job summary

DK Recruitment is recruiting for a Process Trainer to join a high end retailer's ecom fulfilment warehouse. You will train staff on safe operating procedures, update training materials and monitor performance to improve productivity and safety compliance.

There may be a mixture of shifts—days, evenings and nights—so the role requires flexibility across varying patterns. Experience in a busy warehouse and coaching or teaching, plus strong communication and basic computer literacy, are essential.

Qualifications

• Several years working in a busy warehouse environment.
• Prior coaching or teaching experience would be beneficial.
• Strong communication, active listening and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Teach and assess MHE usage, manual handling and general health and safety standards.
• Process Optimization: Standardize SOPs and work with managers to identify performance gaps.
• Record Keeping: Track training progress, maintain certifications, and evaluate training effectiveness.
