Rexel UK in Oxford Cowley is seeking a Warehouse Person to join the supply chain team. The role involves managing warehouse operations and making deliveries, ensuring smooth flow of goods across the supply chain.

You will pick, pack, and prepare orders, load/unload vehicles, and adhere to safety rules in a fast-paced environment. Experience in warehouse roles is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

What we are looking for..

• EXPERIENCE: Strong warehouse experience, including safe manual handling, picking, packing, goods-in and goods-out, loading/unloading trailers, palletising, basic stock replenishment and use of warehouse equipment (pump trucks, pallet jacks). Comfortable working to tight SLAs and shift patterns in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• COMMUNICATION: Clear communicator with experience liaising with supervisors, drivers, hauliers and cross-functional teams; confident in reporting issues, escalating problems, giving and receiving instructions.
• ADAPTABILITY:have the ability to switch up your day when needed, to support the businesses needs
