Job summary

360 Connections Group Ltd, a leading industrial personnel provider in the UK, seeks staff for Xmas peak period. The PM shift runs Sunday to Thursday, 2:45pm–10:45pm, with weekly pay at £13.60 per hour.

The role involves fast-paced warehouse tasks, order picking, packing, stock movement, and cleaning to keep high productivity during the peak season. Potential longer-term opportunities exist for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Recent warehouse or large retail experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work accurately at speed.
• Punctual, reliable with a great attitude.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Experience using handheld scanners is preferred but not essential.

PM Shift - Sunday to Thursday 2:45pm to 10:45pm

360 Connections Group Ltd are leaders in the placement of industrial personnel, we are delighted to be supporting our clients Xmas peak period for the 8th time!

As a key online retailer they are increasing their headcount on the run up to the Christmas period to ensure orders are processed efficiently, and productivity is maintained.

Over the past 2 years we have placed over 30 members of our team permanently with our client. This role could be extended until after Christmas with the possibility of a permanent placement for the right candidates.

Easy to commute to from SW postcodes including Wimbledon/Merton, Croydon and Kingston.

The work will involve:

• Quickly and accurately picking orders using handheld scanners
• Packing orders securely with care and to company standards
• Moving and locating stock
• General warehouse cleaning including keeping your work area clean and tidy
• Working in a fast paced, lively environment

To be considered for this role you must:

• Have a good level of recent experience working within a warehouse or large retail environment
• Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Be able to work accurately at speed
• Be punctual, reliable and have a great attitude
• Have strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Have experience using a handheld scanner (preferable not essential)
