Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking experienced Warehouse Picker/Packers for a busy chilled distribution centre in Aylesford, working night shifts. You should be reliable, motivated, and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Role requires 12+ months of picking/packing experience, use of handheld RF scanners, and a track record of meeting pick-rate targets. Desirable: prior chilled-warehouse experience gives you an edge.

Warehouse Picker/Packer - Nights (Chilled Warehouse)

£15.47 per hour (Weekdays) | £18.57 per hour (Weekends)

Location: Aylesford
Shift Pattern: 7:00pm - 7:00am (12-hour night shifts)
Working Pattern: 4 shifts per week (3 weekdays + 1 weekend day)

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least 12 months' recent warehouse picking and packing experience
• Experience using handheld RF scanners
• Experience working in a chilled environment
• A proven track record of achieving high pick-rate and accuracy targets

Previous experience working in a chilled warehouse is highly desirable and will give you a significant advantage.

• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in a chilled warehouse
• Food warehouse or food distribution experience
