Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is hiring a Warehouse Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced chilled distribution team in Aylesford. This night-shift role runs 7:00pm–7:00am, four shifts per week (three weekdays + one weekend day), with pay of £15.47 per hour on weekdays and £18.57 per hour on weekends.

Candidates should have at least 12 months of warehouse picking and packing experience, be comfortable using handheld RF scanners, and work to KPI targets while maintaining food hygiene and safety

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing chilled products accurately using handheld scanners

Location: Aylesford
Shift Pattern: 7:00pm – 7:00am (12-hour night shifts)

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least 12 months' recent warehouse picking and packing experience
• Experience using handheld RF scanners
• Experience working in a chilled environment
• A proven track record of achieving high pick-rate and accuracy targets

Previous experience working in a chilled warehouse is highly desirable and will give you a significant advantage.
