Acorn by Synergie is hiring a Warehouse Picker / Packer to join a fast-paced warehouse in Castle Cary. The role involves supporting inbound returns, stock replenishment, picking, packing and stock management.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm, with on-site parking and immediate start available. The position offers weekly pay and a hands-on, team-based environment where reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Good IT and computer skills are essential.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• A reliable, punctual and hardworking approach.
• The ability to carry out physically demanding work, including heavy lifting.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including chilled areas.
• The ability to work safely in a busy and sometimes noisy environment alongside forklifts and pallet trucks.

Responsabilités

• Process customer returns within the Inbound team.
• Replenish stock and carry out put-away activities.
• Use computer systems to process and manage stock.
• Pick, pack and handle products accurately.
• Support general warehouse operations as required.
