Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Willand to join a busy warehouse team. The role involves picking and packing, preparing goods for dispatch, stock handling and general duties. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity with training provided.

The position offers a 39-hour week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends, and a starting hourly rate of £12.71. Attendance and reliability are rewarded with a potential permanent role after a probationary period.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and keep accurate records.
• Physically fit with good attention to detail and manual handling capability.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and label/check products.
• Move stock safely and keep the warehouse clean and organised.
• Follow health and safety procedures and meet daily productivity targets.
• Support the wider warehouse team with general duties.
