Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Warehouse Picker / Packer to join a fast-paced warehouse operation in Castle Cary. This hands-on role is suitable for someone who is reliable, eager to learn and enjoys working as part of a team.

The position offers a pay rate of £12.94 per hour, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm, with immediate starts. You will support inbound returns, stock replenishment, picking, packing and general warehouse operations, using computer systems to manage stock and ensure

Qualifications

• Good IT and computer skills are essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking approach.
• Ability to carry out physically demanding work, including heavy lifting.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with forklifts and pallet trucks.

Responsibilities

• Process customer returns within the Inbound team.
• Replenish stock and carry out put-away activities.
• Use computer systems to process and manage stock.
• Pick, pack and handle products accurately.
• Support general warehouse operations as required.
