Job summary

Travail Employment Group is recruiting for Warehouse Picker roles in Thrapston (NN14 4FR). The positions offer two shift options: 6.30am-2.30pm or 9.00am-5.00pm, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour and free onsite parking.

Roles involve receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching orders for both e-commerce and business customers, while maintaining stock accuracy and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail‑oriented and a proactive team player who can suggest improvements

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and storing inbound stock deliveries.
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately for e-commerce and business customers.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and carrying out stock movements using warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health, safety and quality standards.
• Supporting colleagues across different operational areas as required.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and highlighting risks or issues.
• Handling products weighing up to 23kg safely and responsibly.
