Job summary

Travail Employment Group is recruiting Warehouse Pickers for a global premium consumer goods company based near Thrapston (NN14 4FR). The role covers receiving, stock checks, picking, packing and dispatching orders for ecommerce and business customers, with shift options 6.30am–2.30pm or 9.00am–5.00pm.

You will work as part of a friendly team, maintain accurate stock records, follow health and safety standards, and look for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable team player.

• Confidence to suggest improvements.
• Warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and storing inbound stock deliveries.
• Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately for e-commerce and business customers.
• Maintaining stock records and completing stock movements with warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring work is completed in line with health, safety and quality standards.
• Supporting colleagues across operations and identifying process improvements.
• Handling products up to 23 kg safely.
