Job summary

Aldi is seeking a Picker/Selector at the Atherstone Distribution Centre. You will use a headset to receive instructions, pick products accurately, check paperwork, and maintain safety in a fast-paced environment. Start times are 5am or 6am, with weekends included in the pattern.

Role includes comprehensive training, opportunities for development, and a contract pattern that reflects shift needs. Applicants should be hardworking and detail-oriented.

Please Note: Successful candidates hired for the Atherstone Distribution Centre will be required to train and support the current operation here in Atherstone for a period up to twelve months. We would then require you to transfer to our Bardon Distribution Centre in LE67 and would be required to attend these locations using your own transport.

Using a headset to receive instructions, you’ll pick products accurately, check paperwork, and maintain safety while working efficiently in a high-energy environment. Start times for these roles are 5am or 6am.

Key Responsibilities

• Select products accurately to meet picking targets

• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided)
