Job summary

Farmfoods is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol (BS35 4GH). The role is permanent and full-time, with 37.5 hours per week across five days, including at least one weekend day. Afternoon shifts run 12:00–20:00 with overtime often available.

You will pick stock onto pallets for shops, keep records, and help with warehouse maintenance while adhering to site health and safety rules. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, staff discount, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over to be eligible for this role.
• Physically fit for a demanding warehouse role and productivity targets.
• Friendly, positive, hard-working approach; warehouse or manual handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and quickly pick stock onto pallets for delivery to shops.
• Keep accurate records and carry out general maintenance/cleaning of the warehouse.
• Work within health and safety requirements of the site; adapt to shift patterns.
• Opportunity to move into goods in or loading operations in time.
