Job summary

Farmfoods is seeking Warehouse Operatives to pick orders for our shops at the Solihull distribution centre. You will work across 5 days from 7, with 37.5 hours guaranteed for full-time staff and overtime available.

Hourly pay is £14.85 for most shifts (£12.35 under 21). Benefits include 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount, life assurance, pension, and full training. Various shifts available, including weekends.

Qualifications

• To be aged 18 or over to be eligible for this role (Health and Safety reasons).
• To be physically fit as this is a demanding role and productivity targets are expected.
• A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
• Although it is not essential, warehouse experience or experience with manual handling equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and quickly pick stock onto pallets ready for delivery to shops.
• Keep accurate records.
• Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.
• Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.
