Job summary

Rexel UK in Warrington is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Person to join the Warrington Hub, Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:30. You will manage warehouse operations and assist in deliveries to ensure smooth flow of goods. The role emphasises accuracy, safety, and teamwork within a fast-paced logistics environment.

With experience in warehouse tasks and a proactive mindset, you will work with equipment like pallet jacks and pump trucks. Rexel supports development and employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in safe manual handling, picking, packing, goods-in and goods-out.
• Ability to work to tight SLAs in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication with supervisors, drivers, hauliers and cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability to switch up tasks based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Assist in cycle counts, returns and logging supplier discrepancies.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks in the warehouse.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Person, to join our supply chain team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations and making deliveries, ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout our supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy,
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods,

What we are looking for..

• EXPERIENCE: Strong warehouse experience, including safe manual handling, picking, packing, goods-in and goods-out, loading/unloading trailers, palletising, basic stock replenishment and use of warehouse equipment (pump trucks, pallet jacks). Comfortable working to tight SLAs and shift patterns in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• COMMUNICATION: Clear communicator with experience liaising with supervisors, drivers, hauliers and cross-functional teams; confident in reporting issues, escalating problems, giving and receiving instructions.
• ADAPTABILITY:have the ability to switch up your day when needed, to support the businesses needs
