HRGO Recruitment is looking for experienced Warehouse Order Pickers to join a busy operation in the Oxford OX16 area. You will work 12-hour shifts with a 4 on/4 off pattern, including day and night rotations, and receive full training. Immediate starts and overtime opportunities are available as part of a supportive team.

The role involves picking/packing orders, checking quality, labeling stock, and loading/unloading deliveries in a fast-paced environment with a strong health and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
• Checking products for quality and damage.
• Labeling and scanning stock.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
