Job summary

Omnia Resourcing is recruiting motivated and reliable Order Pickers for a fast-paced warehouse in Ashby De La Zouch. You will perform order picking at heights up to 14 meters using HLOP trucks and follow site safety procedures.

Training is provided, no licence required, and there is a potential for permanent employment after a qualifying period. Own transport is essential due to site location. Weekly pay and a supportive team environment are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• No licence required - full training is provided
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working at height and using rope escape equipment in emergencies
• HLOP experience highly desirable
• Physically fit and able to work in a standing, manual role
• Must be flexible to work assigned shift pattern
• Own transport essential due to limited public transport options

Hourly Rates:

• £14.35 p/h - AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday)
• £15.10 p/h - PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday)
• £17.04 p/h - Night Shift (22:00 - 06:00, Sunday to Thursday)

This is a manual, fast-paced role involving order picking at heights of up to 14 meters using HLOP trucks (High Level Order Pickers).

Key Responsibilities as Order Picker - Order Picker at Heights:

Pick orders accurately while operating at heights of up to 14 meters

Perform general manual handling and warehouse duties

Follow all site safety procedures including rope escape awareness (covered at induction)

Support team operations and maintain a clean and organised work area
