Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking Warehouse Order Pickers for a night shift in Northampton. You will work Sunday to Thursday on a 22:00–06:00 schedule, picking items and packing for dispatch with a focus on accuracy. Training is provided for the role, including voice-picking systems and safety protocols.

The role offers competitive hourly pay: £15.33/hr up to 37.5 hrs, £19.84/hr after 37.5 hrs, and £25.74/hr on weekends, with a temp-to-perm path and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience on LLOP / PPT or other MHE is essential.
• Competent driver for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking items for dispatch in a timely, accurate manner.
• Packaging items for dispatch to a high-quality standard.
• Using a hand scanner to ensure correct stock is dispatched to the customer.
• Using a pallet truck or PPT to pick heavier items from the grid.
• Using voice picking headset to be guided to locations.
• Ensuring health and safety requirements are always met.

Job Duties and Requirements

In this Warehouse Order Picker role you will need to be able to do the following.

Nightshift Sunday to Thursday

You must have experience on either a LLOP / PPT or oother MHE is essential. Refreshers will be provided but due to the fast-paced nature of the business it's important you are a competent driver.

• Work in a fast paced environment with occasional heavy lifting involved.
• Be looking for long term ongoing work.
• Full training is provided.
• Picking Items for dispatch in a timely, accurate manner
• Packaging Items for dispatch to a high-quality standard
• Using a hand scanner to ensure correct stock is dispatched to the correct customer.
• Using a pallet truck or PPT to pick heavier items from the grid.

• Ensuring all health and safety requirements are always met.
• Keeping your work area clean and safe
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
