Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Daventry is seeking a 37.5-hour/week warehouse operator on a 24-month fixed-term contract. You will maximize efficiency, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards while benefiting from full training.

The role requires flexibility for different shifts (days/afternoons) and offers a 19% shift allowance on top of the base salary, with salary progression after six months.

Qualifications

• Certified to operate powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet riders) is advantageous.
• Adaptable and comfortable with handling different tasks in a busy warehouse.
• Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in product handling and paperwork.
